After this morning’s workout your guns should be screaming! Congratulations on completing a tough and challenging morning. We did every kind of push up imaginable: inclined, declined, traditional, military, diamond, and strippers…whew! Then we added dips, wheel barrows, crab walks, bear walks and sprints. You guys did a whole lot of hard work all before 7am. Not too shabby.
