Way to go Alpha Group! It was  some chilly weather dark and early this morning, but you all pushed through and did a 3.8 mile run without front to backs and approximately 4.5+ miles with front to backs. Shout out to Mike who was staying with the front of the pack for much of the run! You have come a long way, buddy. Keep up the good work!
